I recently purchased few rugs from Rug Art; I am very delighted and extremely happy with my purchase. The rugs are beautiful, high-quality, and exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was also excellent. I had a few questions about the rug before I purchased, and the owner of the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and recommended rugs based on description I gave him. The owner is down to earth and humble guy, and the shop is one of the biggest in Sydney with massive variety of rugs to choose from.The rug arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
